As a controller of personal data, we are committed to processing and protecting your personal data as a natural person in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and this privacy policy. Please read it carefully and familiarize yourself with your rights.

WHEN AND WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS

1. When you place an order through our online store

When you place an order through our online store, we process the following personal data about you: name, email address, phone number, delivery address, credit card information.

If you wish to be issued an invoice, in accordance with legal requirements you are obliged to also provide us with your personal identification number (EGN) and/or date of birth.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you voluntarily give your consent for us to use your email address to send you our newsletter with current news and offers.

FOR WHAT PURPOSES WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

When you shop through our online store, you enter into a contractual relationship with us and provide us with your personal data so that we are able to send and deliver the products you have purchased, as well as to communicate with you regarding the progress of your order, tracking of deliveries and payments, and the exercise of your consumer rights.

ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:

Based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). On this basis, we process your personal data when you agree to receive our newsletter, contact us, and consent to the use of cookies that are not mandatory or necessary. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

For the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). On this basis, we process your personal data when you purchase products through our online store.

For compliance with our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR). On this basis, we process your personal data when this is expressly required by law.

Where processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). On this basis, we may send you messages about offers, special promotions, and new products, or request your opinion regarding a purchase made. We also record our phone calls with you on this basis. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

We do not carry out automated decision-making using your personal data.

WHAT DATA WE DO NOT PROCESS

We only process personal data of persons who have reached 18 years of age.

We do not process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or organizations, associations with religious, philosophical, political, or trade union aims, or data concerning health, sex life, or the human genome.

TO WHOM WE PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be provided to third parties in order to achieve the purposes for which we process it. If you do not wish your personal data to be provided to third parties, you will not be able to make use of the services offered by the Controller.

In this regard, we provide your personal data to hosting providers and other IT support companies. Your data is provided to couriers and suppliers in order to deliver the goods you have ordered, and, where applicable, to other partners and service providers, including for the purpose of processing online payments for purchases of products from our website. We may also provide your data to companies that provide us with legal and accounting services.

Your personal data may also be provided to state authorities in connection with official proceedings.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms. HOW LONG WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored for the shortest period necessary to achieve the intended purposes, or for the periods established by law, where applicable.

Data processed on a contractual basis is stored for up to 5 (five) years from the date of the specific sale, unless longer processing is required.

Data processed in connection with accounting records is stored for up to 10 (ten) years, calculated from 1 January of the reporting period following the reporting period to which it relates.

Data processed on the basis of your explicit consent is processed until the consent is withdrawn.

Data processed for the purposes of our legitimate interests is processed until you object to such processing, or until such legitimate interests no longer exist.

Right to data portability – you have the right to request that we provide your data directly to you or to another controller of your choice, following a written request from you and where technically feasible.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

To exercise your rights, you may contact us by email at contact@zanoinspire.com or by sending us a written notice to the address: Sofia, 118 Bulgaria Blvd., Floor 5. After verifying your identity, we will endeavor to provide you with information based on your requests within 30 days of receiving your written request, and we will endeavor to respond to your requests regarding the above-mentioned rights free of charge; however, if your requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly because of their repetitive nature, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of processing them and providing you with the information.
