Contactless thermometer
Description
Description
Quiko ERA is a contactless, completely silent, and accurate thermometer. The special ERA* technology takes into account the influence of room temperature to provide an accurate result when measuring body temperature. In addition, Quiko ERA can be used to measure the temperature of liquids, objects, and other surfaces.

FAQ
FAQ
ZANO ERA is a thermometer with an Environment Recalculation Algorithm, designed to measure body temperature as well as the temperature of liquids, environments, and objects.
To measure body temperature, press the “Face” button and follow the instructions for correct aiming. The thermometer should be pointed at the center of the forehead, midway between the top of the nose and the hairline, held perpendicular to the forehead.
To measure the temperature of objects, press the “Home” button and aim the thermometer correctly at the relevant object, holding it perpendicular to it.
The correct distance is achieved when the temperature value is displayed symmetrically between the two points in the projection. If the target is too far or too close, the device indicates that the aiming is incorrect.
The projection should always be aimed at the same spot — precisely at the center of the forehead, between the top of the nose and the hairline.
No. The quick guide states that the thermometer should not be used in direct contact with objects or liquids.
No. The instructions specifically state that the red light is not a laser, but a normal light, and is harmless.
Calibration is needed when, upon pressing the “Face” button, the projection shows a calibration symbol.
There are two ways. First — automatic quick calibration system: wait for about 5 minutes without touching the thermometer. Second — manual calibration: aim the thermometer at an interior wall or wardrobe with a constant temperature, press the “Face” and “Home” buttons simultaneously, then release the buttons once the correct distance is reached. The thermometer will start blinking slowly and display the room temperature, after which it is ready for measurement.
Once the correct distance is reached, the projection starts blinking slowly, showing the room temperature, and the thermometer is ready for reading. The calibration is retained for 15 minutes.
The most important factors are correct aiming, correct distance, holding the thermometer perpendicular to the forehead or object, and aiming at the same spot on the forehead for body measurements.
